To foster communication among parents, administrators, teachers, and the wider community.
To fundraise to support teaching and learning, including program support, student enrichment, teacher mini-grants, school initiatives, family events, and workshops.

PTA Meetings
PTA meetings are your "one-stop-shop" to:

Meeting Schedule: Meetings are held on the second Wednesday of each month from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM.
Dinner & Childcare: Dinner is provided at 5:30 PM before each meeting, and childcare is available during the meetings.

How to Join
Joining the PTA is easy and FREE! Simply attend a regular PTA community meeting (dates are posted on the School Events Calendar). We believe all voices count, and membership dues are covered for all parents, caregivers, staff, and teachers who wish to join.
Get Involved!
Volunteer: We are always looking for volunteers! There are roles to fit every family, schedule, and interest. Check out our PTA Leaders page and email us about filling a role.
Donate: Any caregiver can donate time, talent, or money to support Sylvia Mendez. All efforts are appreciated!
